IGNITION POINT

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 19, 2026

This notice explains how Ignition Point handles personal information through yourignitionpoint.com, the Builder Assessment, Personalized Support applications, membership checkout, and the connected Ignition Point member experience. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

1. Information we collect

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and information you choose to include when contacting us.
  • Business information: website or social media URLs, your business or offer, what you are building, current stage, challenges, desired outcomes, support needs, and readiness to invest.
  • Assessment information: answers you submit, calculated Builder Type results, and related next-step interests used to deliver results and relevant guidance.
  • Purchase information: contact and checkout details, products purchased, payment status, subscription and transaction records, and acceptance of purchase terms. Payment details are processed through Stripe.
  • Membership information: account and access records, community profile information and content you share, and course participation or progress recorded in the member platform.
  • Communication records: inquiries, emails and messages, relevant communication preferences, and consent or opt-out information you provide.
  • Technical and usage information: pages visited, clicks and scrolling, browser/device information, and technical connection information used by hosting, analytics, payment, and security services.

Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information in application answers or ordinary email.

2. How information reaches us

We receive information when you complete forms or assessments, contact us, purchase a membership, sign in, or participate in the community and courses. Our CRM also records related tags, assessment results, inquiry status, assigned team members, and follow-up activity. Payment and membership systems provide transaction and access updates. Website technologies collect technical and usage information as described below.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to requests; review applications and determine appropriate next steps; calculate and deliver assessment results; process purchases and manage subscriptions; provide membership, community, and course access; send confirmations and service communications; maintain customer records; and understand and improve the website experience. Communication preferences help us manage follow-up and opt-outs.

4. Email and text messages

Submitting an application allows us to respond to that request, including an acknowledgment and appropriate follow-up. Purchase and membership communications can include receipts, access instructions, and account or service updates.

Marketing preferences are separate from submitting a business inquiry or accepting purchase terms. Entering a phone number is not, by itself, consent to marketing texts. Where you choose to receive marketing communications, you can use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us to change your preference. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or contact us for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out of marketing does not cancel a membership or prevent necessary purchase, account, or service communications. Consent and opt-out records, when provided, are handled through our communications and CRM systems.

5. Cookies, analytics, and website usage

Our website and connected services use cookies or similar technologies to support site operation, forms, sign-in, payments, security, and usage measurement. Some form settings can remember information or preserve progress.

Microsoft Clarity is installed on active Ignition Point pages. It provides behavioral analytics, including heatmaps and session replay, to help us understand visitors’ interactions and identify usability problems. It can collect interaction, device, and page-usage information through cookies and similar technologies. Microsoft also processes information under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Cloudflare services are present for website security, automated-abuse checks, and performance measurement. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its handling of technical information.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser and use available browser privacy controls. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect forms, sign-in, or payments. This notice does not imply that every browser privacy signal automatically changes each third-party service’s behavior. Contact us with questions about a particular privacy setting or request.

6. Payments

The current membership checkout uses Stripe to collect and process payment details. Ignition Point uses related order, transaction, and subscription information to administer purchases and access. Do not send card details through inquiry forms. Stripe’s handling of payment information is described in its Privacy Policy.

7. Service providers and other disclosures

Information is processed through services needed to operate this experience:

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, accessed through GoFunnelBox: website and funnel hosting, forms and assessments, CRM records, workflows, email delivery, phone messaging, and connected membership/community/course functions.
  • Stripe: payment processing and subscription transactions.
  • Microsoft Clarity: website interaction analytics.
  • Cloudflare: security, abuse prevention, and website performance services.

These providers receive information needed for the functions they perform; their services can involve supporting infrastructure providers. Ignition Point team members use relevant information to respond to you and deliver requested services. If a requested project requires another service provider, information needed for that work may be shared as part of delivering the agreed service.

Information you post in the community may be visible to other members according to the area in which you post. External websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or valid legal process, address fraud or security concerns, or protect people and legal rights. This notice does not grant permission to use your contact details for unrelated marketing.

8. Security and keeping records

The website uses HTTPS, and the CRM and member systems use account-based access. No website, transmission, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in details and personal access links private.

Inquiry, transaction, membership, and communication records support follow-up, service administration, and business recordkeeping. How long a record remains can depend on its purpose, account status, platform settings, and applicable obligations. You can request deletion as described below; some records may need to remain for transactions, legal obligations, disputes, security, or to remember an opt-out.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You can leave optional fields blank, decline to submit a form, change available account/profile details, and opt out of marketing. Required information may be needed to provide the service you request.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and the email address associated with your records. We may need information to verify your identity before acting. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.

Depending on your state and which laws apply, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or limits on certain uses or disclosures. Contact us to exercise an applicable right or ask us to reconsider a response. Applicable exceptions and identity-verification requirements may apply. This notice does not assert that every state privacy law applies to Ignition Point.

10. Children and minors

The business-building applications described here ask for information about the person requesting support. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through these business inquiry forms. A parent or guardian with a concern about information submitted by a child can contact us at the email above so we can review and address the request. Any youth-specific program should be considered together with the information and permissions provided for that program.

11. Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Please review it when you use our services or have questions about current practices.
